Biography

Jeniffer Ferrer (Caracas, Venezuela 1976), studied Graphic Design at Colegio Universitario monseñor de Talavera, in Caracas. In 2003 settled in Andorra where he began his artistic studies in the world of printmaking and illustration.

In 2007 he had his first contact with the mud in a modeling class and was quickly seduced by its texture, its aesthetic possibilities and interaction capability that provided the material. Since then she explores the possibilities of sculpture in clay and porcelain.

Influenced by artists such as the expressionist Egon Schiele’s and his ability to portray characters of disturbing beauty, or the sculptor Alberto Giacometti, his works invite reflection from the aesthetic minimalism and clean lines.
